1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Replacement
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Please share photos of the damaged/incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery for faster processing.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been dispatched.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
